We genuinely believe that a good shopping experience makes our customers return to us. 

We do not provide refunds for personalized products. If there is a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our side we will replace the product. Contact us to make a request.

If you don't have a positive experience for ANY reason, we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Our staff will be more than happy to assist you with any issues you may have.

We provide a 6-month Plating warranty for Personalized Jewelry only. The customer will have to courier the product to our address. One side courier charges will be have to be paid by the customer.

The Platting Process may take up to 10 to 12 working days to complete.

On the completion of this process, the product will be delivered to you at your respective address with no extra charges. 

Please note: Any product of Black finish doesn’t comes in this warranty claim because Black coating is in all a completely different process & it isn’t scratch resistant.

6 Months Warranty:

We stand behind our customize jewelry. Customize jewelry that is manufactured by Lavisso and purchased directly from Lavisso is covered by a warranty. 

Our 6 months warranty covers

  • If the necklace received  is in damaged conditions
  • If the polish on necklace gets fade out. 
  • If the necklace received to you has a spelling mistake.


Please note :- Customised/ Personalised jewellery pieces are non-refundable & non returnable,but if something goes wrong we will make a new one.

 

Splash-Proof:-

Our customize necklace comes with an extra coating which makes the necklace splash-proof. It's capable to resist itself from sprinkles of water or little drop on the jewelry. 

We don't recommend to wear it while you bath or swim. This can cause the polish to fade out and it won't be consider under warranty.

Return/Refund/Replacement Policy:-

Replacement :-

We have a no questions asked free replacement policy if the customer has received wrong/damaged product from our side.

Returns/Refunds (only for non personalised products):-

We do not have a refund policy but if the customer still insists on getting a refund than
For refund the customer will have to ship the product back to us on our address.
And ₹100 (a part of shipping cost) will be deducted from your product amount and the remaining amount will be credited in your account in 24-48 business hours after the product is delivered to us.

In case of unshipped orders which are pre-paid, 7.5% (payment gateway charges & Checkout charges) of the order value will be deducted & the balance amount will be refunded to customer.

Cancellation :-

Once your order has been placed we are immediately beginning the process of production of your order. So cancellation of Order is not possible.

If Still you are opting for a Money Refund to the Original payment method, it will incur a 7.5% deduction of payment gateway + checkout charges after that the refund will be processed in 24-48 hrs.
