Delivery and Shipping ?
Customized Products: The dispatch time is around 4-5 working days as the piece is specially handcrafted for you. It will be delivered within 10-12 days after you order.
Non custom: we will process & dispatch your order within 2 working days. It will be delivered within 7 working days of dispatch.
Note: Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are no working days
Returns & Replacement
Replacement Policy: • 7 days for damaged/defective products (no extra cost) • 12 hours for physical damage/broken items (with unboxing video) We've got you covered!
